	Summit Solutions’ David Ferleger has served federal courts, presiding over hearings and assisting the court as a judicial adjunct to bring parties to agreement in dozens of controversies. In a written decision, the federal judge whom Mr. Ferleger has served for seven years wrote: “The Special Master [Mr. Ferleger] is a skilled judicial adjunct who has served the Court with balance and with fairness to the parties.” (June 24, 2003)
